The CareHub Digital Care Management Platform

CareHub Digital is a digital platform designed to help streamline business operations within the adult social care sector and is designed specifically for the home care sector.

The main objective of this platform is to provide a tool for businesses to plan care visits better and to streamline the business operations of a care company.

The system will allow key members of staff such as co-ordinators, the carers, and clients to have access to a portal where the carer’s rota can be planned according to the client’s requirements.

The CareHub software automates administrative tasks such as online registration of carers and clients, record keeping, and daily reporting to track carer’s activity, whether carers visit clients on time, and provide better quality data to allow a better customer experience and service.

In conversation with Safaraz Ali:

Tell us About CareHub, the platform, the company and how it started Saf:

CareHub Digital was a brain child of Waheed Azam, my partner and Co-Founder in many of businesses. Waheed is a much sought-after mentor for many leaders in the health and social care sector. He is actively working with Local Authority Commissioners and NHS to work towards solving the current social care crisis and working with them on a practical level to help ease the current pressures facing the social care system. Due to Waheed’s first hand experience in this sector and his dedication to improving the working lives of staff within the health and social care industry- CareHub was created

We have helped reduce time and cost while improving staff productivity, customer satisfaction whilst improving transparency, compliance and ultimately a better service for all.

Staff professional development expenditure is critical both from an in investment in staff retention and in the development of the service. Upskilling staff will be a priority to increase the quality of service we deliver in managing/supporting the more complex and challenging placements.

Fundamentally, we aim to make the day-to-day activities of remote workers easier through technology.

As a team, we have successfully expanded the rage of technical outputs by adding key members to the team in a variety of roles. Their passion, knowledge of the industry and wide range of skills all bring valuable additions to our business, helping to strengthen our future and the services we offer.

One of the key strengths within our team is the ability to find new ways of developing and succeeding together. Through sharing a common goal and a supportive working environment we take time to review the process and agree on changes to prevent the issue rising again.

Waheed and I both believe in the power mentoring, it is through mentoring, coaching and investing in our team members we can help them grow. I am committed to offering our people the opportunity to develop throughout their time with us. I regularly take time to chat with our team members, ensuring they feel supported and happy within their roles, and I believe the success of the platform so far is evidence of this.

The issue is never the issue

Any goals for the future and plans for development of CareHub?

We are continually looking to innovate and create solutions that revolutionise the home care sector we work with and evangelise. We have a product timeline for development with continual improvements, changes and new additions to the CareHub portfolio including the CareHub family suite of products and the CareHub office planner.

The CareHub family is a tool for families of care receivers and medical professional to stay up to date with the health and well being of their loved ones and their clients. The CareHub family tool is  an exciting addition as it gives a detailed snapshot of activities alongside an instruction, feedback, complaints and compliments section.
